Impact of the New International Financial Instruments Reporting Standard (IFRS 9) on the Treasury Profession
was delivered by Ms. Joelle Moughanni [1]

[1] Joelle Moughanni is an international IFRS Specialist who has been immersed, for the last 17 years, in the IFRS world: delivery of training, authoring articles and publications, providing consultations, participating in working groups and drafting comment letters to various projects, quality reviewing IFRS financial statements, developing tools, etc. Before heading for 8 years the IFRS Centre of Excellence of the 6th international network of audit, tax and advisory firms (RSM) in her capacity as their IFRS Global Leader, Joelle had accumulated significant experience as an IFRS specialist supporting audit teams in a leading firm (PwC in France and Australia). Besides being an IFRS generalist, Joelle has specialised in first-time adoption and financial instruments.
In a previous life (i.e. before specialising in IFRS), Joelle was an auditor mostly of financial institutions.
Joelle has lived and worked in various locations: UK, France, Australia, Hong Kong, and Lebanon.
