Dear ACI Lebanon member,

Subject: 2015 Summer Dinner - Backgammon Tournament Award Ceremony & ACI Dealing Certificate Handing Over

You are cordially invited along with your spouse (wife/husband) to 2015 Summer Dinner that will take place on Friday 12 June starting 8:30 PM at “Music Hall” theatre, Starco Center, Omar Daouk Street, Beirut (between Petro Paoli and Chateaubriand streets) 
Winners and Runners-up in Backgammon Tournament (for both Frangieh & Mahbousseh games) will be awarded prizes during this event that expectedly includes live entertainment program.
As the venue management requires a firm commitment for the reserved number of attendees, you are kindly requested to inform us by email (secretariat@acilebanon.com), the names of the confirmed attendees and mention if member will be accompanied by her/his spouse, to enable us make accordingly guaranteed reservations that are subsequently binding.
In this respect and in the best interest of our association, members encountering a contretemps after having confirmed attendance are kindly requested to inform us immediately in order to cancel their reservation.
We would highly appreciate receiving your reservations the soonest possible, but latest by Friday, 29th of May 2015 before 12:00 PM in order to comply with imposed time restraint.
