Further to the resignation of Mr. Badih Khatib from the Executive Committee, anExtraordinary General Assembly for by-election will be held at ACI Lebanon premises in Queen's Plaza Center - Bauchrieh on Friday, 2nd of November 2012 at 5:00 PM, followed by an Ordinary General Assembly.
The topics on the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly are:
· The review/approval of the Annual Administrative Report
· The review/approval of the Annual Financial Report
Note: The Annual Dinner will take place on Friday 7th of December 2012 (details per attachment)
