Further to the resignation of Mr. Rami Sayegh due to his expatriation, an Extraordinary General Assembly for by-election will be held at ACI Lebanon premises in Queen's Plaza Center - Bauchrieh on Friday, 28th of November 2008 at 5:00 PM, followed by an Ordinary General Assembly.
The topics on the agenda of the Ordinary General Assembly are:
· The review/approval of the Annual Administrative Report
· The review/approval of the annual Financial Report
